We have approximately 1600 sq. ft. of loft space located in the Dallas Design District at 2124 Farrington Street, Suite 350, Dallas 75207. We have a great parking lot, and our space is patrolled by Dallas Design District security personnel for your added safety. Within our space, we have moderate decorations with a base color of white. Our space is meant to make our guests feel relaxed and welcomed, ready to envision their own very special events in our abode. Our furnishings accommodate our desire to express the posh and cozy atmosphere for what we have to offer here at PZ. However, our clients are more than welcome to configure the room in a manner that better suits the themes for their specific occasions. At PZ, we have overhead sound and video projection capability operated from our office area. We also have a beverage bar and catering service area. For every event held at Perimeter Zen, management or administrator is on hand to ensure your event is nothing less than a success.

NOTE 1: All weekend events, including Fridays and Saturdays must end by 2 am sharp. All Sunday events must end by 10pm.

NOTE 2: If you are supplying your own bartender for your event that includes alcoholic beverages, proof of licensure is required for submittal to the venue 72 hour prior to your even.

NOTE 3: Payments for booking events are collected via secure credit card authorization forms. A valid credit card is required to be on file during all client events for incidentals and overages.
