Common Queries and Questions

1. What are the costs for renting PZ?
Rental costs depend on the day of rental. The rate varies from $600 to $800. To know the exact rates per day, please visit our costs page here.
2. What is your refund policy?
When booking your event, you must pay a 50% deposit for us to hold your date. This deposit is non-refundable. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event date.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
Here at PZ, we accept multiple forms of payment including Cash, Check, PayPal, Intuit, and Square CashApp.
4. How is the parking at PZ?
The parking at PZ is fantastic. We have a dedicated parking lot for our facility. Our parking lot is lit at night, and patrolled by Dallas Design District security.
5. What is your square footage and occupancy load?
We cater to niche private social functions, with approximately 1600 square feet of configurable space. Our occupancy load is 70.
6. Can we bring alcohol beverages to PZ?
Because we have a bar sanctioned by Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC), no outside alcoholic beverages are allowed in PZ. However, beverage selections and purchased from our facility.
